| Important Notice for Prospective Vendors
|

Prospective vendors who download RFPs are required to register their
intent to submit proposals via email or fax to the email address and/or
fax number indicated on the RFP. Proposals from companies or
individuals that have not registered their intent to participate in the
RFP will not be considered for award.
Government of Guam procurement rules require that all potential vendors
be notified, and acknowledge receipt of any amendments to RFPs.
Amendments will be available from the contact persons identified in the RFP and will also be posted on this website.

The Government of Guam (GovGuam) is soliciting interested parties to prepare and submit a proposal for telecom voice services, as defined herein, that will meet the operational needs of the Executive Branch of the Governor of Guam. For purposes of this document, date and time lines are defined as Chamorro Standard Time Zone
(ChST).
